Mental Game Aptitude Profile

This service provides a comprehensive mental game assessment for individual players, conducted during a 1 hour session. The assessment session evaluates the overall current state of an athlete/player's mental toughness and establishes a baseline upon which to build. A mental game summary is provided, outlining the status of the athlete/player's mental game , along with an understanding of relevant thought patterns and behavioural patterns related to their game. In addition, recommendations with respect to key mental game coaching areas will be identified to strengthen the athlete's mindset and allow them to break through barriers inhibiting peak performance.

Team Assessments

Head’s up will bring our Mental Game Training Program to you and your team. Over a one hour team session, players will learn about "The Mental Game Impact", along with an overview assessment analysis of the current state of each individual players' mental game conducted via questionnaire. Team feedback, along with individual reports including results, feedback and recommendations, will be provided via e-mail.

Cost: $500

$300 Add on: Provides an additional team session, including an assessment of overall team cohesion and team presentation of overall results and the impact they has on team performance.

Psychological Athletic Character Profile

Players will complete a profiling tool in the form of a detailed questionnaire, either in person or online. Key character traits and psychological competencies associated with athletic success will be assessed. Character traits such as motivational drive, coachability, pre-competitive state anxiety, competitiveness, team orientation, and self confidence will be evaluated, among other key psychological indicators. A detailed report will be provided including results, recommendations, targeted areas to work on and coaching recommendations for the player.
