This service is offered for professional teams, providing key feedback related to the thoughts, behaviours, personality and interpersonal style of their perspective prospects.

BOOKING, CANCELLATION & PACKAGE POLICY

Scheduled Sessions

When you book a session, that time is reserved specifically for you and your team. We ask that you honor your scheduled time.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited.

Missed Sessions

If you do not attend a scheduled session and have not provided at least 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered used and is non-refundable.

Packages

All package purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Once a package is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, in whole or in part.

Sessions within a package must be used within an agreed-upon timeframe (to be outlined at the time of booking).

Exceptions

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In the case of a true emergency, we may, at our discretion, allow exceptions. This does not guarantee a refund.
