This service provides a comprehensive mental game assessment for individual players, conducted during a 1 hour session. The assessment session evaluates the overall current state of an athlete/player's mental toughness and establishes a baseline upon which to build. A mental game summary is provided, outlining the status of the athlete/player's mental game, along with an understanding of relevant thought patterns and behavioural patterns related to their game. In addition, recommendations with respect to key mental game coaching areas will be identified to strengthen the athlete's mindset and allow them to break through barriers inhibiting peak performance.
