An athlete’s mental toughness is a key component in determining their ultimate success, both on and off the playing field. This powerful seminar series, running weekly for 5 consecutive weeks, introduces athletes to the many key features involved in developing their mental toughness along with an overall mindset for success.
This workshop begins Sunday November 3 at 3:15pm - 4:15pm for 9-13 yr olds and and 4:15pm-5:15pm for 14-16 yr olds. This workshop runs until December 1, 2019.
